Hal tersebut menuntut kualitas produk precast yang baik dan dapat menjadi struktur bangunan sebuah jembatan&#8211; full slab pracetak.<\/p>\n<p>Full slab pracetak (<em>precast full slab<\/em>) merupakan salah satu alternatif metode konstruksi baru dalam perkembangan teknologi jembatan dengan menggunakan full slab. Produk ini berfungsi sebagai lantai jembatan yang bekerja untuk menyalurkan beban mati maupun beban hidup menuju rangka pendukung vertikal dari suatu sistem struktur.<\/p>\n<p>Produk full slab diproduksi di pabrik untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan ke lokasi proyek. Pada umumnya produk ini diproduksi dengan sistem <em>pre-tensioning<\/em> (Perakitan-<em>Pretensioning<\/em>-Pengecoran-<em>Release-Stressing-Demoulding-Finishing<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Dengan menggunakan produk ini untuk struktur jembatan tentunya lebih hemat biaya bekisting plat lantai, lebih rapi, dan <em>finishing<\/em> lebih rata, dan ketahanan beton bisa sepanjang umur jalan tol atau jembatannya.
