Inovasi dalam dunia konstruksi terus dilakukan. Kebutuhan akan hunian yang nyaman dan terjangkau menjadi kunci utama oleh pasar. Salah satu inovasi yang sedang dikembangkan di bidang industri konstruksi ialah rumah instan (i-Home). Rumah instan dinilai memiliki banyak keuntungan dibanding dengan rumah konvensional dengan ukuran dan tipe sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secara umum, rumah instan tipe 36 siap dihuni dalam enam hari instalasi (terhitung dari pekerjaan pondasi hingga atap). Hunian ini diklaim tergolong ramah lingkungan, material yang digunakan ringan, tahan air dan kelembaban, tahan api, dan memiliki peredam suara dan panas yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rangka atapnya menggunakan baja ringan dengan penutup genteng metal. Panel dinding menggunakan sandwich <\/em>panel GRC dan lantai dari mortar foam ditambah wiremesh <\/em>M5-150 penutup keramik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Berikut spesifikasi yang digunakan oleh i-Home:
1. Panel dinding : sandwich <\/em>panel beton fiber 100 mm
2. Atap : baja ringan dengan metal sand proof
<\/em>3. List plank : glass fiber reinforced cement plank<\/em>
4. Ceiling : glass fiber reinforced cement board <\/em>20 mm
5. Lantai : plaster
6. Pintu : rangka alumunium, double multiplex<\/em> 4 mm.
7. Jendela : rangka alumunium, wooden frame with<\/em> 5 mm clear glass<\/em>
8. Kamar mandi : lantai keramik ukuran 20×20, dinding keramik ukuran 20×25, dan kloset duduk
9. Kelistrikan : enam titik lampu dan empat soket<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meskipun sekarang masih dalam tahap pengembangan dan pengujian, termasuk berbagai evaluasi, namun hadirnya inovasi i-Home merupakan pilihan baru bagi masyarakat yang menginginkan hunian sederhana dengan kualitas yang baik serta harga yang terjangkau.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
