As the responsible element for supporting loads and providing structural stability, girder must meet a number of mandatory eligibility requirements in order to function properly and safely.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, what are the mandatory girder eligibility requirements? Check out the following information in this article!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the Mandatory Girder Eligibility Requirements?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Concrete products are required to undergo feasibility tests before being sent to an infrastructure project \/ site. This is a quality requirement for receiving a product for later use in a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two conditions for girder eligibility testing, viz. during shipment from <em>plant <\/em>to <em>site project<\/em> dan setelah dilakukan pekerjaan <em>stressing<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Shipment from Plant to <em>Site Project<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Girder produced at the plant and shipped to the project site must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strength value must met the approved design.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Girder dimension is in accordance with<em> shop drawing<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tendon coordinates and number of connector pins must be in accordance with the shop drawing.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hammer test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test value must met the minimum requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visually <em>performance <\/em>girder must comply with <em>the requirements<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pasca <em>Stressing<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligibility tests are carried out again after the <em>stressing<\/em>. Post stressed girder must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No experience of visual discrepancies in the girder.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The value of <em>Camber <\/em>is still within the limits of the stressing proposal.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The girder lateral value is below L\/1000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sumber foto: freepik.com Girder adalah salah satu elemen struktural penting dalam konstruksi bangunan.
