One of the important devices used in the construction field is the <em>truck mixer<\/em>What is<em> truck mixer<\/em>, components, and advantages in the construction project?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is <em>of Truck Mixer<\/em>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Truck mixer<\/em> is a speacial transportation for lifting the concrete <em>Ready-mix<\/em> from <a href=\"https:\/\/belajarbeton.com\/en\/apa-saja-yang-ada-di-batching-plant\/\"><em>batching plant<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>to the site project. Also known as a concrete mixer truck or \"truk molen\" in some regions, this specialized transportation device comes in various types, all with the same function: transporting concrete from one location to another while maintaining the consistency of the concrete to keep it workable <s>cair<\/s> and prevent it from hardening during transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In essence, this equipment is equipped with <em>concrete mixer<\/em> a concrete mixer that functions to mix and blend the mixture of <a href=\"https:\/\/belajarbeton.com\/en\/beton-readymix-struktural\/\">concrete <em>Ready-mix<\/em><\/a>.<em> <\/em>It contains a number <em>blade <\/em>surrounding its inner surface, ensuring the homogeneity and quality of the concrete mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>truck mixer<\/em> is filled with concrete that has been measured and mixed in its composition at <em>batching plant<\/em>, which is then distributed to the casting location using the truck mixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Machine Components <em>of Truck Mixer<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Truck mixer<\/em> have 3 main parts that need to be known:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Funnel at the top, it used to pour the mixed concrete from the batching plant into the mixer tank.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tank of <em>mixer<\/em>, this acts as a container and mixer for the concrete during transportation to the casting location.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gutter, it serves as an intermediary for pouring the concrete from the tank to the casting point or to <em>the concrete pump.<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tank rotation control lever, serves as a speed regulator and direction of rotation of the tank to pour concrete or stir it.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ladder, serves as a place for technicians to visually check the concrete in the tank of <em>truck mixer<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water tank, serves to store spare water for washing the inside of the tank <em>truck mixer <\/em>after the casting is completed to prevent crusting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition,<em> truck mixer<\/em> consists of various component machines, viz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Power Train System<\/em><\/strong><em>: engine, PTO (Power Take Off), clutch, transmission, propeller shaft, differential, wheel, tire.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Hydraulic syste<\/em><\/strong><em>m: hydraulic pump, control valve, hydraulic motor, gear reducer, oil cooler.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Working Device\/ Attachment<\/em><\/strong><em>: concrete mixer.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Steering &amp; brake system<\/em><\/strong><em>: power steering, air brake system.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Frame &amp; suspens<\/em><\/strong><em>i: sub frame, rigid axle dengan pegas daun semi elliptic &amp; tipe trunnion suspensi, rigid axle dengan pegas daun semi elliptic.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Electrical system<\/em><\/strong><em>: lighting, ECU.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Other system<\/em><\/strong><em>: water pump, radio, air conditioning system.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits of Using a Truck Mixer <em>of Truck Mixer<\/em>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some benefits of using <em>truck mixer<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
