What are the Mandatory Girder Eligibility Requirements?
Concrete products are required to undergo feasibility tests before being sent to an infrastructure project / site. This is a quality requirement for receiving a product for later use in a project.
There are two conditions for girder eligibility testing, viz. during shipment from plant to site project dan setelah dilakukan pekerjaan stressing.
1. Shipment from Plant to Site Project
Girder produced at the plant and shipped to the project site must meet the following criteria:
- Strength value must met the approved design.
- Girder dimension is in accordance with shop drawing.
- Tendon coordinates and number of connector pins must be in accordance with the shop drawing.
- Hammer test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test value must met the minimum requirements.
- Visually performance girder must comply with the requirements.
2. Pasca Stressing
Eligibility tests are carried out again after the stressing. Post stressed girder must meet the following criteria:
- No experience of visual discrepancies in the girder.
- The value of Camber is still within the limits of the stressing proposal.
- The girder lateral value is below L/1000.
